How Pokemon Go Is Changing Modern Life

Pokemon Go has been a global sensation and you can almost see everyone on the streets catching virtual characters unless you had been sleeping in a cave for the last few weeks. Pokemon Go is an Augmented Reality game in where players need to walk around the Real World in order to catch new Pokemon and increase their Pokemon knowledge and evolve into more powerful Pokemon in order to train in gyms or battle them. Pokemon Go is really changing modern life by encouraging people to go out and explore the world. This is how Pokemon Go is changing modern life.

First of all, Pokemon Go encourages people to go out and explore. Nowadays a lot of people spend most of their time staying at home and play computer games or watch TV because there isn't any reason to go outside. Now with Pokemon Go, people actually want to go out and catch new Pokemon and this is really changing people. For instance there is a nearby park near my house where mostly the elderly and adults go to jog. Now, there is a burst of teenagers and young adults going there every afternoon to search and catch for Pokemon. Can't imagine how a game would actually influence teens to go out.

Next, Pokemon Go encourages socialising between each other. When was the last time that a complete stranger come and talk to you? Probably very seldom. With Pokemon Go, I find myself talking to strangers who was playing the game as well. Have you seen those posts in Facebook where hundreds or even thousands of people gather around just for a single Pokemon? Well it clearly states that we people are not that different from each other and we have the same interest as well which sparks new friendships and relationships. Pretty neat I have to say.

However, the game created new safety laws across countries that can download the game. Some safety laws such as drivers cannot play Pokemon Go while driving is implemented so that unintentional accidents would not happen. However we humans can be pretty ignorant. There have been cases which people died or have serious injuries from accidents where they are playing the game and ignoring their surroundings and people are starting to worry whether this game is safe to play or not. Obviously if you do not ignore your surroundings while playing I can say that the game is pretty safe. Just don't stand in the middle of the road while you are catching that Pikachu that you had searched for days.

Personally I am a fan of the game and it is pretty influencing. No game has ever done this, till now. Pokemon Go can be both a fun and entertaining game or a dangerous and potentially killing game. It is up to the players who decide which one it is.

So, have you started in joining the Pokemon craze? If you haven't, the download links are below for both IOS and Android so you can start your Pokemon Adventure and Catch Em All!

Brace yourselves, exams are coming

So here comes the epic bombardment of exams and stress. What do you think I am?

Basically exams now are more frequent than ever to prepare us for the #real exams. Mock exams are literally the same, just you know different in questions asked which is a bummer (LOL). The listening test tomorrow are real though so I am not sure on how to act on that. Other than that what is it? Oh yeah Good Game Well Played.

Wished that Pokemon Go was released earlier so the craze would fade a little........

The Ninebot Mini Review

Hovercrafts is a recent trend and well for us it is no different. A few months back we bought a kind of hovercraft named the Ninebot Mini. Although it looks like a hovercraft, which only can travel on smooth terrain. Ninebot Mini can travel on any  type of terrain such as sand or tar road. It is made by Ninebot, which bought Segway earlier and also collaborated with Xiaomi to manufacture this particular model. This particular model is the little brother of the more expensive Ninebot Mini Pro which costs 999 dollars but this little baby costs around 300 dollars plus shipping.

Initial Looks
Initial impressions looks like it is a normal hovercraft that has two long stems attached to the middle in which doesn't look anything impressive to be honest. The stale looks combined with the black colour gives it a very industrial feel which some people might not like. However, there is a white model which gives it a bit more flair. There is a backlight which can be modified to give out an array of colours. This makes it a tad more interesting but the front lights cannot be modified in any way. However, it is quite a head-turner when taken outside as the availability of these vehicles here are scarce.
Backlight looks amazing

Usage
The Ninebot Mini is a fun and fantastic way of going around places such as going to a local coffee shop to take away some food or taking your pet for a walk without you breaking a sweat. It certainly is convenient but it might make us lazy as well. Probably a double-edged sword for me. In order to properly use the Ninebot users must install the Ninebot app from the Appstore or Google Play in which it tracks your mileage, battery usage and even a remote control feature to navigate your Ninebot  without you being on it. Even though this feature doesn't really mean much at the moment but future modifications such as adding an artificial arm could help you carry things or go shopping without you going.

Safety
Safety is a key concern in any vehicle, no matter a car or a hovercraft. Thankfully The Ninebot Mini nails it with its superb safety features such as beeping when you are travelling too fast and it will automatically correct you when you do so. This is to prevent users from travelling too fast and when turning could flip the vehicle and in result deal potentially fatal damage. The Ninebot Mini is also the only hoverboard like vehicle that passed the UL battery certification so no worrying about exploding hovercrafts while charging..  The thing is, it could be TOO safe for some. As you start off with the vehicle it sets a speed limit for newbies which is kinda slow but gives you some room to improve before you burst at full speed. The speed limit will be lifted once you complete a certain mileage but the thing is, you need to have the app at all times and connected to your Ninebot via Bluetooth in order to ride without the petty speed limit which is kind of bummer like when you wanna ride past a neighbouring bicycle then you realise you forgot to bring your phone.

Also for newcomers a helmet is advised to prevent unnecessary injuries. Normal users are also advised to use a helmet and not wearing it might result in injuries.
Helmet On!

Ease Of Use
With the app or with a Ninebot user anyone can learn and use the vehicle in under 5 minutes which makes the vehicle incredibly easy to use. Unlike its cousin The Ninebot One ( Review coming soon ) no training or practice is needed.  The only thing that you need to know is that you must step on the vehicle from the back of the vehicle or else it will go haywire and make you fall down in the process. Other than that it is using your two knees to control the middle stem of the vehicle to steer the vehicle and basically you are good to go. This is what makes The Ninebot Mini stand out from the others. While usually it might take a day or two to learn how to use the hovercraft, with this you only need 5 minutes in which I like it a lot.

Battery
The Ninebot Mini can carry a person and travel with an average of 15 kilometers in a full charge, which means I could travel this to a nearby park and come back with it having at least a plenty of battery left. I consider this to be good considering how electrical cars have big sized batteries and yet only manage to go 70 plus kilometers. Charging it from zero to hero takes it around 4 hours so you could vroom again in no time.
Battery status, Bluetooth status and charger port can be found here

Verdict
Fun, easy to use and an amazing head-turner, The Ninebot Mini creates bundles of joy for you and your family and it takes RM1200 ( 300 dollars ) to ship it to your home. Even though buying it could be kind of tough but once you got it you will basically fall in love with it. I do wish that the vehicle could rely less on the app and pop out a little bit with color but other than that a great choice for anyone wanting to join the hoverboard trend.

8/10

Pros:                                      Cons:
Fun                                        A bit plain
Easy                                       Too App-reliable
Eye-Catching                        Unavailable on most places

Thank you international readers!

I have been blogging for 2 years now and even though most of my audience are from my own town, the International audience that I am getting is astonishing, with a third of my audience being international readers I thank you all. For starters the US makes a big chunk of the views where Russia gets second place. The rest goes to European Countries such as Germany, France and Poland. Thanks for the readers that I am getting and I hope you guys share my blog to your friends and family so that I can share my stories to more people.

Since I am a teenager I cannot really make ads to increase my audience and I was shocked that you guys actually managed to find my blog in the deep abyss of the web. I really appreciate all the support that you guys have made and I hope with your continued support more people will come and read my stories.

POKEMON GOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOOGOG

It is the best time of the week, its Weekend! Today me and my family are going to celebrate the golden jubilee of Rotary Club Tawau and I have to tell you it is a pretty large event. Even the Rotary International Past President has come here to celebrate! It was quite a fun time eating and..... catching pokemon..... If you haven't noticed Pokemon Go is now released on Malaysia and other parts of South East Asia so lets go catch em all!

Other than that well there is a PT3 Mock Exam coming up soon and what should I say? I guess it should be okay? PT3 doesn't really count as a Standard Exam anyways with the amount of leaks everywhere. What that I should be worried is the UEC examinations but that is in a different time.

Oh what else? I recently managed to ride the Ninebot one which is a one-wheel version of the ninebot mini and it does take some time to train but once you got the hang of it it is pretty easy to be honest.

Thats it for now HAVEANICEEDAYYYYYYYYYYYY

Questions About Life: Gaming

Ever wonder why do we like games or how modern video games are invented? Today we will answer your most burning questions about gaming!

1. Why Do Humans Play Games?
Obviously we play games because we invent them and we create what we want to play duh. Why do we make games in the first place then?

Well humans play games because it is fun, it creates a temporary objective for us and gives us the enjoyment of doing so.  As short-sighted beings, humans do not really care or interest long-term goals such as life so games were created to give distraction towards life and makes us happy as well. Also the fun factor on games such as chess, sports and other games make us play them regularly too.

2. Are Sports Games?
What? Sports are not games. Why kick ball where you can kick it digi......ohhh....

Sports are refined versions of specific games to make it a fair game between both sides. For instance, Football, Basketball, Chess or anything that is a fair game. That is why we have the classification of normal video games and Esports nowadays. Normal video games tend to heavily side to your favor such as a hero facing multiple enemies and you still win. Esports on the other side are skill-based games that is fair across the board and requires skill and coordination( If it is a team-based game ) to defeat the opponent. Esports comprise of Dota, CS, LoL, Starcraft and many more.
One of the many Esports tournaments

3. How Do We Create Video Games?
Well it is very easy to be honest you just say to the computer "I want to make a game" and the computer will make it for you. The thing is whether your computer wants to make it for you thats why we have good games and bad games. It depends on the mood of the computer.

Video games are created by how every other computer program is created, code. Usually people start with thinking of a basic idea of a game such as story, gameplay etc. Then they will start creating characters, items, UI, physics and everything inside a game engine. After the main objects and gameplay were set they will go into beta stage which is to let the public try the game and send feedback to them so that they can improve the game by removing bugs. After that the game will be released to the public either free or with a price tag. Making a large game takes plenty of years and also tens or hundreds of people to create one.

4. When Was The First Video Game Invented?
Well this is easy, it is pong of course on the year 1999. Thats why everyone plays chess before that!
SpaceWar!

Well if we define Video Game as something fun it is SpaceWar! on the year 1961. It was a shooter which we must shoot off the incoming missles. The famous Pong came after that on the year 1972, with arcade games following soon. They are not as fun as they were today, but it is you know, still a game.

Well that it is for now! I hope you had fun reading this and learn some knowhow as well! I gotta go now so see ya soon!

The 5 Types Of Whatsappers That I Meet

Have you ever met someone in Whatsapp that usually replies you in an instant? Or are you that guy who takes ages to reply to someone? These are the 5 types of whatsappers that I usually meet.
Social Messaging can be a douche sometimes
The Nice Guy Who Replies Instantly
Obviously this guy knows what he is doing. He usually replies you as you replied back to him. There are plenty of reasons why he does this. One of them is he just likes to reply to people fast. Another reason is that he is very lonely and people rarely messages him that is why he replies fast because no one is finding him and he doens't want to miss this opportunity does he XD. Another possible reason is that he finds you interesting and wants to chat with you anytime he can.

That Guy Who Is Online But Does Not Reply Until A Few Minutes Later
This guy is probably one of the most met whatsappers for me. They basically are online when u messages them but replies to you a few minutes later. Not that it is bad or anything, when you close ur phone Whatsapp still renders you online for a minute or so so that is why sometimes you text someone but he doesn't reply instantly. The other reason is he is busy chatting with someone else who could be more important than you. Maybe it is his girlfriend, his family or an important conversation with his manager or something and doesn't want to destroy the moment with a "Hey boi wassup". The other reason is he does not think that you are very important and can wait your reply for a few minutes.

The Guy Who Always One Ticks Your Messages
In Whatsapp there are 3 types of message status. The First is the one tick, the second being two ticks and the third is two ticks that is blue colored. One tick basically means that you have sent your message but it has not arrived at the reciever's phone. There are plenty of reasons why this happens. First, they do not have a 3G plan and is currently outside of their home. Next is he installed some kind of battery saving app that disables his 3G wherever he does not use the phone and the other one is he is blocking you so your messages can never arrive to his phone. This kind of people take ages to reply to a single message and a few exchanging texts can take up a whole day so if you want to contact these kind of people immediately I reccommend calling him instead.

That Guy Who Rarely Reads Your Messages
So this guy usually does not read your messages which if he does will give you a double tick with a blue color. That means it will always be two ticks on your message FOREVER. This guy thinks that if he does read your message, he must reply back or else it will be THE END for the reciever. I mean it is great and all to make sure that you must give some feedback back to your friend but seeing you online but not reading my message can really hurt my feelings you know that? Most of the time this guy is always bombarded with messages so he really do not see the need to reply to a "Lol" message and instead ignores it until he is bored then he may reply you back. You know, I kinda feel sad when I text these kind of people because the conversation ends quickly unless you find a new interesting topic to talk about.

And then there is this guy.......

The Guy Who Reads Your Message But Does Not Reply, EVER
I mean seriously why do this? This is a mental and health risk to the other guy you are talking to and he might feel useless and depressed and commit suicide. I might be exaggerating a little bit but to be honest I am sick of these people who reads then does not reply for a month or even a year. If you find me annoying or anything you can tell it immediately to me. Even though that strikes right into our heart at least it is better than waiting endlessly for you to reply back. It is like you read the message then you had a car crash and died JK :p but seriously. DO NOT BE THIS GUY.

These are the 5 whatsappers that I usually meet. Which one is you? Leave a like, comment and even better share this to your friends and family and if they are the last guy kick them in the arse Jk XD. That is it for now thanks for reading and I will see ya in the next post

4 Months Later......

Obviously things are not going according to plan......

Well four months has passed and I have to say this is probably one of the worst times of my life. Well first of all my phone got confiscated, yay. Well due to me letting my friend play that addictive game called Clash Royale. The teacher then saw it and took my phone away. So now I am a year without a decent smartphone and I am off with this piece of junk which is the Samsung Galaxy Neo or something I dunno it is laggy as a sloth and it freezes and hangs almost every godamn day and I cannot even load whatsapp or browser without a single hiccup or freeze. Not to mention the wonderful build quality it has. I could do an amazing review about it but time is not on my side this time.

Next up is the upcoming exams which is getting closer and closer every minute. Yes we cannot escape time, not even superheroes. The UEC and PT3 exams are coming in around 2 months and everyone is very very very rajin, which means studying very hard in Malay except for me. While people rush to tuition, or studying at home. For me I probably will be watching the same programs at TV over and over again and daydreaming about I dunno life? I can do anything EXCEPT for studying. Trust me, I really want to study but my brain tells me no how about we get a snack in the kitchen then poof I am watching TV with crackers beside me.

Other than that there is the obvious social life issues. Recently I posted something about love and blah blah blah I wasn't impressed by the reception despite I wrote it with all my heart. But nevermind I was never popular anyway. I still don't get the mentality of teenagers these days. We often get attracted by selfies, pictures yet if someone posts something important no one seems to even take a glance at it. Meh I guess this is life these days. People are more attracted to pretty ladies than important posts. Well not saying that my post is important or anything its just the mentality that I dont get it these days. Well I still follow that mentality though so LOL.

A lot of people are probably not going to read my blog anymore as you know I rarely even post nowadays. I still remember when I kept posting and posting on my first year and slowly that faded away. Hopefully I can remember myself to post more regularly and I hope that you guys will be more eager to hear from me. That is it for now, goodbye!
